A quiet room is simple to promise on a floor plan and much harder to deliver in a working office. This acoustic work cabin closes that gap without any building work: it leaves the factory as a flat-packed kit and is erected on site by the buyer's own team. Because every unit is produced from the customer's drawing, the footprint, internal arrangement, panel finish, colour and electrical layout are all settled before cutting begins. Procurement teams fitting out a whole floor normally mix sizes in one shipment — a compact booth for individual calls, a two-seat version for reviews, and open collaborative units alongside — so every zone receives the level of privacy the task actually needs.

1. Knocked-down kit for fast on-site erection. The kit arrives knocked down: one roof panel, one floor panel, a framed glass door and six wall sections travel as separate items. A two-person crew normally completes erection in about forty-five minutes, which shortens time on site during multi-storey fit-outs and lets every component pass through ordinary lifts and doorways.
2. Durable aluminium alloy structure. Structural profiles are aluminium alloy, bonded to 1.2 mm cold-rolled steel skins, so the cabin holds its geometry through years of daily use without becoming awkward to move during installation.
3. Certified acoustic performance. Acoustic performance is certified at 32 ± 3 dB. E1 grade polyester fibre board, acoustic wool, sound-insulating felt and EVA gaskets are layered into the walls and joints to close the routes that sound would otherwise travel along.
4. Laminated tempered safety glazing. Glazing is 5 + 1.14 PVB + 5 mm laminated tempered glass carrying 3C safety marking, a build-up chosen so impact safety, visual openness and noise control are handled in a single panel.
5. Balanced ventilation and temperature control. Air moves from an inlet near the ceiling to an outlet near the floor at a steady rate, avoiding the noticeable pressure build-up that sealed booths often produce, and internal temperature is held within 2 °C of the surrounding office.
6. Flexible LED lighting options. Interior LED lighting can run on automatic presence detection or be switched by hand, with 3000K, 4000K and 6000K versions so the light temperature can follow the task.
7. Fully customisable to your drawings. Overall size, internal fit-out, surface treatment, colour and accessories are all produced to your drawings, whether the project calls for a single focus booth or a linked series of meeting and collaboration rooms.
